I am quite frustrated myself, however I don't know if the SEC would get involved and if they did - to what extent. And how long would it take them to intervine if they did. And would it be too late before the damage is done? I've provided the SEC with plenty of leads to follow should they decide to persue an investigation but mum is the word.

Bottom line is we have a state court case that we must win. We must be present in the courtroom, our lawyer must be there and all of our collective resources need to be focused on that one thing because if we don't win the state case then none of this really matters.

I also think that if there is anything we can do to remain on the pinks and keep trading open before the trial, that we should do it. It has been a big blow to shareholders to have trading shut down. There is a part of me that really is skeptical with how coincidental all of this is. Perhaps it was a tactic to keep the share price valued low prior to the trial.

This wouldn't be Calypso Wireless if there weren't some plot twists at the end just weeks/days prior to the court case.
