I mean think about it, they ALREADY announced that they SIGNED a buyout agreement for 3.125. If that won't move the stock it's probably because there isn't any real market here. Just maybe 20 or 30 people most of which are daytraders, dime and quarter flippers, ect.

The other thing that this could be is some sort of scheme to get the stock price up, which it probably isn't. I think it's a ligit buyout. If they wanted to get the stock price up and dump they'd get listed OTCBB and start the "buy advertisment" mail mill, which seem to work pretty well for a while. I get dozens of these a year. I keep getting them for SVSE, FDEI, HESG and many others which are are ALL lower then the price I got at the time of mailing.
