Here's an idea for you.

I think we need a massive mailing of cards of positive encouragement and comments sent to TDCP. If the secretary posts them on their bulletin board, it might be a constant reminder that there are people out here pulling for them. I would think it would be very motivational for the staff. Maybe it's a nerdy idea, but I'm going to buy one today and mail it in. I really do want to encourage them.

Nerdy or not, why don't you do the same? :) It couldn't hurt....:)
