Company that is operating on barrowed money

The way the principals have been helping themselves to the money, over the years, I assume you meant as in "wheel barrowed"
There seems to be a misunderstanding within the company about the term "end of the first quarter". This may explain the late filing as well as the failure to present any prototypes as promised.
