FYI - It was the person that has posted this that tried to warn all of us that they the share structure was not in compliance as part of his effort to scare us and depress the stock several weeks ago. so be careful listening to him, he switches on his own points.
First they need approval from Nevada Secretary of State office before filing an S8 which I am sure they will. Second I don't see the surprise, even here on this board we discussed the need for them to do this for their share structure to be in compliance. Finally, does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to have a shareholder meeting simply for SA, then we will complain about not being profitable?
Ask yourself this question, that is not public record unless you are looking for it, this guy is searching for negatives on the company.
In the State of Nevada you need a majority shareholder for this type issue not a shareholders meeting.I just checked it out.
