Do you have any idea how much money it would cost a small company in growth stages to call a shareholders meeting for a simple share authorization. we are not talking merger or acquisition here. Do you really think we are stupid here and don't know anything about how business function, cost is relative. And you will be the first to say the company is not profitable. I would have done the same.

By the was it not you that actually suggested that they must do this? Right here on this board.
