That's about right, blue dog. The company asked for the various extensions, not to delay, but to go over the submission with a fine toothed comb. The relationship with the DRMS has done a 180 since last year and the communications channels are open. That's not to say the DRMS will relax any of their rules for the company or that they all go to picnics on Friday afternoons, but that they will be more reasonable than overly critical.

I found a spelling error on the report and you better believe I blasted an email off, lmao. The response is usually always the same; I have a lot of one word emails that say the same thing - Thanks. That's it. It's not that they have to be curt, (which they do), but most every question I have has been answered somewhere in the thousands of pages of public information.

The water pipe issue is about as trivial as the clover issue; has to be addressed, but it isn't a big deal. You'll notice the TR-11 has a load of supporting information about the liner. It's those kind of issues that have to be closely looked at to make sure it's the proper product for the application.

The permit is a lot like a drivers license. Until the DMV issues you a license, you cannot drive. But once thy issue it you can drive anywhere you want for as long as you want and the DMV has nothing to say about it as long as you follow the rules. So, before they issue that license, they give you a written test, a driving test, make you show proof of insurance, make you show two forms of ID; any little problem with any of these and you can't drive. It's a system that tends to work for the DMV with millions of drivers. Out of all the millions of drivers on the road - how many send a Christmas card to the DMV?

Being an Environmental Specialist in a state full of miners is probably rough on the kids.
