I don't think anyone is shorting this. It doesn't have anywhere near the volume, nor has it been up over .013 in so long, that would make shorting this worth anyone's while. There just is not enough sustained buy volume right now for it to move, and at the same time, there really isn't anyone selling either. So it sits until news/promo/buying comes. Chart does look good though.
