The difference between you and me is that I don't care if there are felony convictions or not, but I require proof of such a strong claim before believing. Show the proof, and I'll believe it, I promise. But its 5 posts now where you've only repeated the claim without any evidence.

On your second point, selling product out of a garage near you in Dana Point, with products from China, isn't grounds for accusing anyone of fraud or felonies. Do you know how many companies start by selling product out of a garage, home, or virtual office? Further, most e-cig companies get parts from China. What's wrong with China? These are called ad hominem arguments, attempting to defame someone or something, not based on any relevant facts, but based on semi-truths that have nothing to do with the issue at stake--the legitimacy of SFIO and its products.

the burden of proof is always on the person making the claims (you), not on others to first research your claim for you, then to also debunk it for you.
