recommend that post (one thing ihub needs)

can't understand the folks that post nok will want to negotiate AFTER an award. if it goes to award, then idcc has to announce it. can't see them giving nok a refund on a award after they receive it. just doesn't make sense. i can see the PR now, "oh, we got 300M but we are going to give some of it back......etc, etc." yea, the street would really like that one.......<sic>

nok has till friday, monday at the latest, if they want to negotiate a 2G and 3G settlement.....if not, let the arb rule and we go from there.
