why didn't they PR the arrival of shipment???

BECAUSE: might have been a small shipment of around 50 units in order to get them out to new dealerships. This allows the exposure of the new units to drum up major sales... this way, they can get a better idea of how many the second shipment will bring.

This makes alot of sense... If a lot of interest, then the new shares allow for major purchases from production lines back in china.

This means two things
1: this may take a couple weeks to get the proper estimate as to how many to order
2: Allows us who believe in this to add at lower prices and therefore get more bang for our buck when the $$$$ hits the fan.
