The cost to the company Insiders who bought in the private placement,is about 2.90 with cost of warrants,so they won't be selling soon.In fact i posted that one of the directors who bought into the private placement,paid 3.10 for another 10,000 shares.

This is probably more for Ayer management who now has over 2 million shares to allow them to sell into the coming spikes we hope are coming.

If I owned shares,I would like to have the ability to sell them at some point.
