Does anybody have a good answer to my question or are you guys gonna bicker about some loser selling their shares cheap. I applaud them selling because it filters them out of a good company.
So I ask again: Can a CEO just add shares or do they have to split the stock. I would think just adding shares would be illegal since it dilutes my percentage of ownership in the company.
