It looks as though this management team has left more shareholders in the dust in the little sister company...

This Gilles Trahan guy really has screwed his own shareholders over time and time again in his companies. Let's hope the same doesn't happen with this company because usually the past catches up with you.... and if how he has treated his shareholders in the little sister company is any indication of things to come, it certainly doesn't bode well.
