Can't believe that no trigger is even a possibility at this juncture.That decision would make the ICC look totally incompetent and the arb process a joke-with an investigation probably to follow.Waiting 2 months to relay that decision is not in any parties best interest.I don't believe that we will ever know the arb decision-a settlement is imminent with both parties knowing the high/low of arb and now playing the game of in between on the money owed but looking to the future to secure benefits for each going forward.IMHO
