I was deposed in my company when the ownership group split up a few years ago (part of a lawsuit and counter lawsuit). The lawyers are very precise what they ask... there is a video camera pointed right at you, an audio tape rolling and a court reporter writing every word down. It was very intense.... I was sweating my but off over simple crap.... I can only imagine what the intensity would be in a case like this.

When you are being asked questions in a setting like this and you can only guess as to "what proof" they may have on you.... you have to think really hard; "If they catch me in lie there is no getting out of it".

Like I said, the questions are so precise that you have to answer it the way they want you too.... on the record.
