Rosenturd will need to pull the Debtor from the GSA prior to entering into the confirmation hearing on the 5th. He has till then; conceivably he could put the thing into a valuation hearing and most likely would need to do so anyway, but at that point he has taken all of the chances he can take.
By now bankruptcy fraud has to be on the minds of all the parties and I just do not see them taking the chance, of course I am sure judge dummy is thinking the same way.
