If you listen carefully to the first video they talk about Rhino
and how very fast they want to make things move in the right direction.

IMO they are looking to do the same thing with TYTAN.

The Chinese and Mark want this to grow very quickly they don't want to wait, they are just like us, THEY WANT A BIG COMPANY
