Why would anything be resolved by then or ever if it's not resolved now. If these people are guilty and were fearful, as so many like to believe, then why haven't they halted and settled. It would be in their best interest to do so. The article said the preferreds were opposed to us getting anything. I think the only reason this has been going on was to give the illusion that they were considering the little guy. But in reality they were gonna crap on us from the get go. Let me ask u something. Lets say we depose these guys and can prove wrong doing. So what. V6 can still go forward no matter whats said. They'll just offer up a sacrificial lamb and pay a fine. Small potatoes compared to buying out shareholders, right?
