I've bought two Units ($10k total) in the LLC oven lease fund that's been set up to get interim money for the company to cover the costs for the financial reports, filings, up-grading, etc. It's my understanding from Eddie that this money is really needed to make the time frames happen as planned so if anyone can take a Unit or more or knows of anyone that might be interested we need to help here. The Unit investment is reasonable ($5k) and it pays up to 30% annual cash return (quarterly basis), 5-year warrant to buy SMKY cheap and the big up-side is a 10x conversion into SMKY stock in 3 years, that's $50k return per Unit.
