Getting current with their filings should certainly have a positive impact, both for the stock and the ability to move forward with the major financing. The letter says the year-end report will be done in June and the audit completed in July to make SEC filings, so we might not actually see something until sometime in July would be my guess. Still, we're already half-way through June, so these things will happen soon enough, and that's not to say there couldn't be other events to generate new buying interest as well. Plus, as expected events draw closer, more people may increase their positions in anticipation of news.
