This is what I was getting at in my question earlier in the day. Common sense telling the preferred stockholders should get compensated first, and I don't know why common stockholders (post BK) should get anything.
You can't just come in one day and cherry pick and expect to be up 10x on your investment.
If it's too good to be true it probably is.
