I am reading that right? Tytan has the legal right under the bylaws to issue 6.5B shares if they want to but as of now have not done that. This is just an update to the first filing stating that those amount of shares are available if they so choose to issue the rest of the 6.5b?

So if my reading is correct we still have 1.5B available and the rest have not yet been issued by Tytan but could be at a later date? Yes? No?
