Tytan Holdings Inc (TYTN)

Only my 1st day really looking at this company,but
Who is Terhorst Saskia who filed this w Colorado Sec of state-I don't see that name in any of TYTN filings I've looked at so far-seems odd if they are a corporate officer entitled to file such a thing that they are not listed as such on otcmarkets or the TYTN filings I've perused.

Marks signature/permission for this action is declared to be under the name of Ault Glazer and Co-not Tytan Holdings. If its not fake this and the pasting/posting/Ault Glazer representation is certainly very sloppy.
Even if Ault Glazer was a prior incarnation of TYTN run by Mark(and I don't know whether it was),that error would alone would require a refiling to avoid problems down the line imo.

And if Ault Glazer was just the previous shell Mark took over and had nothing to do with TYTN,then either Mark made an egregious mistake not noticing that,indicating he had not read what he supposedly signed(and how would Ault Glazer get typed in?)or its fake.
