Don't flatter yourself. There are not "millions of Americans" concerned about naked short selling. At most you have less than 1% (3 million) that even know what the term means. No more than 1% of those (30 thousand) believe it to be any problem at all.

P.S. if you want to get people like Janice or SEC 10 on your side, I would think you better start producing some hard evidence instead of relying on all the weeping, wailing and outlandish theories produced to date.
