Just calling it as i see it, none of this makes scence only that
someone out there is trying real hard to bring this down just before
the next PR when the ship comes in and how many tractors are on it.

Truley believe that there are manipulators everywhere, and the proof is
that yesterday the poster who started this whole mess was a new commer,
and the second document was not a correction of an error rather just another
scanned in document that was altered.

Business' can not just send in documents that were corrected and then
scanned in again.

The whole documente must be replaced with the proper verbage stating
the error.
