I talked to Erin at 503.227.2950 which is the transfer agent and he confirmed that this information is correct. He could tell me no more because he was waiting on the paperwork from Tytan. He was very friendly and surprisingly had only a few calls about this today.

My guess (only my guess) is perhaps there are some investors coming on board and they need the stock for them JMO.....Either way I am ok with this and I am for sure a long term hold.....
