It really is simple - If you bought (or have bought) a share post-BK - you own that share.

The person or institution that previously owned that share gave up all rights (at least from you) to any other gain (or loss) from that share as soon as the transaction cleared (or clears).

Any gain, or loss, from that share from that point on is yours.

IF pre-BK shareholders who sold those shares ever get any additional money from those shares via a fraud claim or class action against JPM, FDIC or some other party - Any settlment they receive would be from that party and not from you.
