Signs huh? If they increased A/S, imo i don't think they will press release the reason as to why. Most pink comps will not give reasons as to any increase in O/S or A/S. Most reasonable assumption is they need money for some sort of projects. In this case, very clear, since they're in the process of a huge project. Increasing A/S to generate $ for it when the stock price is at 003. It makes sense, bc if this hits 002s or 001s, increasing A/S will be of no point. They'll have to increase the amount even more if at 002s or 001s. Now, I see why the big drop this morning! Everything's cleared.
