It very well could be a fake-I haven't seen it yet but Colorado is reportedly notorious for allowing anybody to file without verification or identification(see e.g. QASP).
So if somebody wanted to play games to profit re panic whatever a fake filing in Colorado would do it. I know of no other particular advantage in filing in Colorado and TYTN is HQ in Wash state. Mark retired over 300 mill of his own shares so why would they raise A/S-unless it was for acquisitions,in which case issuance would not necessarily dilute.
Given my experience w games I would be more likely to believe longs who contacted the company and said A/S remained at 1.5.
Besides A/S is not same as O/S and if there was to be a significant increase in O/S it would most likely take some time and probably be subject of PR with explanation for the reason.
