you are confusing two very different casino projects. any news you found from 2007 has nothing to do with cgaq. it may say something about the old casino project, as that first proposed casino was to be named the same name as what CGAQ's casino is named, but that old casino project with the private investors has nothing to do with the current sosua bay grand casino that cgaq owns. two very separate projects with very different owners involved. cgaq is a public company. the abandoned first casino project was made up of a few private investors. yes, armando owns shares in cgaq because he owns the hotel the casino is located at and that was part of the deal, but that's it.
