i mention armando as co-owner simply because i found a news release back in (memory serves me right)2007 naming him as a co-owner....if i run across again i'll save...stuck out in my mind because of recent discussion if armando was involved with company-something to that effect. seemed consensus was no, but reviewing financials he is second largest shareholder behind swank by merely hundreds of shares. i'd certainly think he has "influence" in decisions, if not by title.
