They are signed and dated. Including the most recent amendment which trumps all previous amendments.

The amendment was passed on March 31, 2011 according to the filing. The error was that they didn't change all parts on the template from the previous filing from April of 2008 so they did one final filing today making the rest of the changes on the template to authorize 6,500,000,000 shares.

If you are trying to say that you think that the last filing from today should be dated June 14, 2011 in the paragraph above the signature then you aren't reading that paragraph. It is saying when the amendment was executed not when the document was filed.







There is no disputing that the most recent amendment says 6,500,000,000 authorized common shares and until a new amendment is filed trumping that one THAT is the only amendment that counts.
