You haven’t done your DD on this stock.

The insiders are required, by contract, to only use the QMIN broker to sell shares.
By doing this: the brokers are allowed to dilute at a controlled pace, as well as manipulate the price to attract new investors.

They’re short selling the stock, and a few days later they’re covering the short sale with a bulk certificate.
That’s why you’ll see the daily heavy shorting on the FIRNA site, and when the threshold date hits there’s no short position.
