I do believe that prefs will get a haircut no matter what the priority rule says. We are in Chp 11 not Chp7.

My guess, like everyone on this board we can just "guess", is that prefs will get a haircut ad commons will not get much cash but it will get the new stocks from the reorganized company.

This is the only way that they can pay to commons without coughing up a lot of cash and without trying to explain where that huge some of cash become "suddenly" available since they were claiming from the beginning that there is nothing for commons (we do not beleive that anyway!)
