1dd1: It depends on the terms of the Microsoft- Nortel license. The license may be restricted to the licensee and it's affiliated companies as they exist as of the date of the license.

if that is true, then microsoft may use Nortel's LTE patents in their window based Nokia smart phone, and Nokia can ride for free ? Is this logical ? This is not clear to me, any comments ?
