IMO:If there was any DOUBT regarding a favorable Arbitration Decision..Merritt would not have been appointed the CEO to report the news..NEW Public CEO's always are afforded the benefit of reporting milestone news..

Otherwise why would they have put him in just weeks prior to the result?

It is one reason I question the timing of the annoucement though. IMHO it would have been much better to let HG and R.I.P stand in until the decision was announced (or maybe let R.I.P go and leave HG at least).

Then IF the result was favorable HG could have ridden off into the sunset a hero--giving appropriate credit to WM of course for his role as head of ITC and general patent counsel.
