I posted ISIN and CUSIP numbers of Rooks' UAC, asking for help tracking them down. Thanks to everyone who helped so far.

But how did Rooks and his United Assurance Company Limited get away with trying to buy the Superdome, getting front page national media, politicians, City Councils, law enforcement, and all sorts of scrutiny, if it is all a fraud. Why was there not a single newsd story that it was all a fraud if ROoks is not rich? HOw did he live at 1156 Shadow Hill, Beverly Hills 90210, with David Korem (Mark Logan Pedley) and Pearlasia Gamboa - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_residences_in_Beverly_Hills#1156_Shadow_Hill_Way , if he is not rich. That is the biggest mansion in Beverly Hills! ?????

I will post the contract for the fraud Hasselhoff pulled on Gamboa and Rooks for Richards in 2000, trading Merit Diversified shares for Allied Artists shares. Kimball Dean RIchards solicited the murder of a cop, and bugged the Sheriff's offices to pre-alert drug dealers of busts.
