I do not think there is any reason for an R/s. If this company is as financially healthy as they claim to be then they should do a buyback. At these prices shares are a give away. R/S is a cheap way out and investors usually get stung. I am going to forward my feelings to the CEO. Also a 400/1 rs is not a small R/s as basu claimed she might make.
