From April 1995 to 2003, Mr. Chiaramonte served as President and Chief Executive Officer of River Hawk Aviation, Inc. (Formerly, Auxer Group) and served as its Secretary and Treasurer since 1998. Mr. Chiaramonte founded CT Industries and served as Secretary of CT Industries from June 1994 to 2003. He Co-founded of Hardyston Distributors and served as its Secretary since April 1999. He served as Secretary of the Harvey Westbury Corp. since October 1996. Mr. Chiaramonte has been Director of Quest Minerals & Mining Corp. since February 2004 and also serves as its subsidiary Gwenco Inc.
