"New" in a sense that all ties to the "Old " Hrct" are no longer there.."New" in that Carrie has done away with everything that came before..."New" in that the cleansing period is now officially over and it is Carrie's game to win...

I don't think your memory serves you correct...This IS the "New" Hrct...Anything before was just a meager attempt...The first acquisition after the house cleaning will officially begin the "New" era..(Control Tech was in the process while the old Hrct was unravelling so I don't count that totally as 100 percent "New"..My own criteria..lol)
