Last I checked, IbR will take $200M - $300M to develop. All is not lost tho. Someone along the way was willing to loan us ~$70M to develop Molejon, so IbR - being about three or more times the resource - should justify 3-4x the loan amount ($210M - $280M? Exactly what we need). I think we'll be able to pull it off with little to no dilution, but it would help if management would outline a business plan for us.
The difference b/t now and when Molejon was developed, however, is that we have positive cash flow these days.
