Hello TDCP investors. It's Friday!! Today, I am sad to say that the general market is going south big time. I have heard on MSNBC that this is the worst drop in the stock market since 2002. One of the nice things about penny stocks is that they are rarely affected by the general stock market. When the S&P crashes, penny stocks generally will not react at all. The converse is true as well. If the Dow should double on Monday, penny stocks will not be affected hardly at all. Why? Because penny stocks are in a world all by themselves–and that world is the ‘TANK.’ Penny stock have already tanked! Penny stocks generally are already so low that any additional bad economic news has little or no effect on them. This is another reason why I like penny stocks. Unemployment could rise to 20% and penny stocks will not be affected for the most part. Of course, I hope unemployment goes down because behind that sad number is a great deal of human suffering. What I am trying to say is--if there is a double dip recession in the USA, TDCP will most likely not be affected at all. I get a certain amount of comfort in knowing that fact. Interestingly, new technologies like CSpace generally blossom in a bad economy. New break through technologies create their own demand and do very well in hard times. Look at how well new tech products from Apple et al. are doing in this dog economy. Why? In part because there is less product competition in a bad market. The historic record is clear. New technology sells very well no matter what the economic weather is like. I hope the USA does not have a double dip recession. Americans have suffered enough already. But if it does happen, TDCP will weather the bad times very well and I believe by December will make new highs.
