Normally there is buying ahead of an anticipated good news announcement but that isn't happening here. To the contrary, the PPS continues to go down even when people know the disclosure is coming up. Not a good sign. Black needs to sell the company to get a fair price for investors. Don't think the disclosure is going to do much for longs. IMHO GLTA
