FINAL LIST OF QUESTIONS

Here are the questions I'm forwarding to Evan for the CC.....These were q's compiled on the board here and through PMs....

Questions for conference call

Share Structure:
• The current number of authorized shares sits at 2.5 billlion with outstanding shares at 1,125,789,314. Do you have any plans to change this share structure? Decreasing the number of authorized shares? Increasing the float?
• Do you have plans to uplist from the OTCBB/Pink Sheets?

What was the reason for your conversion...timing? And the relatively large amount converted when you can only sell 1% every 90 days?


Company Financials
• Inca spent a significant amount to get the financials current, then failed to file the end of year financials in a timely manner? When can we expect financials to be filed? Do you see a problem in maintaining the filing status in the future?
• How many employees are currently on the payroll and what are their roles?
• What is your target/goal for 2011 sales? 2012?

What type of financing vehicles are available to the company? Can we get lines of credit? Traditional loans? Or is a convertible vehicle our only option at this time? Or can we get a joint venture with a reputable company looking to expand into the swimsuit industry? Obviously, PIPES will severely harm the current shareholder. With the amount of contacts that Evan and Stacy appear to have, how about a model/celebrity taking a stake in the company and being the face of the brand?


Share Appreciation and Market Awareness

Besides growing the business, which could take long term before real investors take notice, what efforts are being taken FOR THE SHORT TERM to bring attention to the stock? Are there any reputable market awareness campaigns being planned that will not significantly dilute the stock? Obviously a pump and dump is not optimal, but having no awareness is not good either as the liquidity of the stock prevents anyone from taking an initial position at this time.



Sales and Marketing
• What is the number of current wholesale accounts? Are additional accounts being added? At what rate?
• How much impact did the SI exposure have and is that continuing to have an impact on sales?
• How does Therapy fit into the whole financial/marketing scheme of things?
• Are you considering a future advertising campaign to push the brand?
• What is the status of the web-site? Will it be upgraded?
What is the plan for Swim this year? Will we be having our own show again?

Growth and Future Direction
• What is business plan to actively drive sales?
• We have a showroom right now (Salon 9), but they are owned by Red Carter...is there any plan to have our own active salesforce pushing business rather than having business come to us?

Is our company making phone calls to department stores at this time pushing our brand to their buyers?


New Lines

Are there plans to expand into mens and boys line?

Are there plans to expand into home products as per prior magazine articles?


Flowers

Does Stacy really like the carnations sent by Dan Sz, or do we need to upgrade to roses in order for the stock to move upwards?
