looks so. anyway no one will buy this in pennies or even at half a penny in current status no matter what the buying volume is. if there is big buy request then people will be ready to fill so the the pps may not rise significantly. all because of the "current legal status" of the stock. if the legal issue is resolved, then it will be different matter altogether.
