I am not sure what the case on that is. One side of it could be you are right or partially right. It could be they are just taking advantage of low price to buy back shares, also can't rule out company being in on manipulation though I doubt it. Even if they were I am ok with it as the lower they buy back the more shares they can remove from the market and that's better for shareholders in they end. It could also be that mm's are manipulating price down and loading shares themselves in anticipation of some sort of news that will move price much higher, which is what I figure it is. Then there is the chance it is a bigger investor buying in anticipation of a large move. Any of these scenarios works for me as they all point to a sizeable price increase in the not so distant future.
