if color, or anybody can answer this.
i am not sure of the time frame, 10 mths , 1 yr, 2.5 yrs,
this is why i am asking,
the question is what is the longest time we have to get an answer . if you say it was filed officially in june 2010, then
by ------------------- 2011, or no later than -------2012.
and if u happen to say (hypo) feb 2012, then it becomes real easy, and based on the worst case time frame, we all will know, and if it happens in a week or a month, then terrific, but at least we all will know, and saying it could take up to another 1 or 2 + yrs, then we will know, what's done is done. and that is prob bs.
