In my opinion, the reason that there will be no settlement before the arbitration award is that the arbitration award will justify the result, whatever it is, to the shareholders of both companies. NOK has said in their DE pleadings that IDCC wants too much for 3G. To my way of thinking, that means that they have already been persuaded that they have lost the 2G battle in arbitration. Jmho-Oso
