-im no analyst or anything, but i see hope for tomorrow and/or the next few days.
-if you check the charts, the daily chart is showing a blatant bullish hammer today. which is a chart pattern that forms after a downtrend and suggests a trend reversal. its tail extends below the SMA20 but the body is holding right above it suggesting support.
-also if you check 10 day charts -- any time period(eg 5,15,30 min ect) -- you can notice support at .03. we bounced off that today, which also suggests a trend reversal.
-for the guy who said something about a h&s pattern. i see what you are talking about but it doesn't really stand out.-- imo
-so my 3.8 cents :p is that if VLCO can hold 0.038 today -- or close to it -- this stock will be green tomorrow. :D
